Return period

Conditions of acceptance
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- To be unused and in perfect condition
- To be returned in its original packaging
- Please be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized products
- Items on sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse

After validation, we will provide you with instructions for the return.
Return shipping costs
- If the product is defective or incorrect → we cover the return shipping costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind → The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain timeframe. 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to replace a defective or incorrect item, please specify this in your request.
We will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
