Green Agritec specializes in the sale of agricultural, industrial and cleaning equipment for professionals and individuals.
- Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.greenagritec.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.
- Products
The products are described as accurately as possible. However, the descriptions, photos, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and have no contractual value.
Green Agritec reserves the right to modify its product range at any time and without prior notice.
- Price and VAT
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices include Belgian VAT, unless otherwise stated.
For business customers with a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT may be exempt under the reverse charge mechanism, in accordance with European regulations.
For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT may not apply, but customs duties, taxes or import fees may be levied by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery charges are displayed before final order confirmation.
Green Agritec reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Orders
An order is considered final once the customer:
selected the products,
provided accurate personal and billing information,
has accepted these terms and conditions,
made the payment.
An order confirmation email is automatically sent after validation.
Green Agritec reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
default of payment or payment incident,
suspicion of fraud,
incorrect or incomplete customer information,
abnormal or abusive orders. 6. Payment
Payments can be made via the methods available on the website, including:

Other payment methods are displayed during order confirmation.
All payments are secured by industry-standard encryption technologies.
- Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when validating their order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

the destination country
logistics partners

Green Agritec cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond its control.
- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods, except in cases provided for by law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned products, a refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Legal guarantee
All our products benefit from:
the legal guarantee of conformity and
the guarantee against hidden defects,
in accordance with Belgian and European legislation.
Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, under certain conditions.
- Responsibility
Green Agritec declines all responsibility for indirect damages, loss of profit or damages resulting from improper use of the products.
It is the customers' responsibility to follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
