Green Agritec specializes in the sale of agricultural, industrial, and cleaning equipment for professionals and private customers.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website www.greenagritec.com.

By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. However, descriptions, photos, and illustrations are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Green Agritec reserves the right to modify its product range at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

  • Prices include Belgian VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • For professional customers with a valid EU VAT number, VAT may be exempt under the reverse-charge mechanism, in accordance with EU regulations.
  • For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT may not apply, but customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery costs are displayed before the final order confirmation.

Green Agritec reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

An order is considered final once the customer:

  1. Selects the products,
  2. Provides accurate personal and billing information,
  3. Accepts these Terms and Conditions,
  4. Completes payment.

An order confirmation email is sent automatically after validation.

Green Agritec reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • non-payment or payment incident,
  • suspected fraud,
  • incorrect or incomplete customer information,
  • abnormal or abusive orders.

6. Payment

Payments can be made using the methods available on the website, including:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Stripe
  • Other payment methods displayed during checkout

All payments are secured using encryption technologies compliant with industry standards.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

Green Agritec cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond its control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day they receive the goods, except in cases provided by law.

Returned products must:

  • be unused
  • be in perfect condition
  • be returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, a refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

10. Legal Warranty

All products benefit from:

  • the legal warranty of conformity, and
  • the warranty against hidden defects,

in accordance with Belgian and European legislation.

Some products may also include a manufacturer’s warranty under separate conditions.

11. Liability

Green Agritec shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Customers are responsible for following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
