📜 Structure of the Terms Contract
1. Introduction
By proceeding with a rental reservation on GreenAgritec.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following rental terms and conditions.
2. Rental Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding contract.
- Valid identification and contact information must be provided at booking.
3. Rental Period
- Rental periods can be hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the equipment.
- Late returns are subject to additional charges as defined in the pricing table.
4. Booking & Payment
- Full payment (or a pre-authorized deposit) is required at checkout.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
- Prices include basic equipment usage; additional services (e.g., delivery, fuel, operator) may incur extra charges.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery is available within specified zones at an additional cost.
- Self-pickup must occur within operating hours and location provided.
- The renter must inspect the machine upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
6. Insurance & Liability
- Basic insurance coverage is included (if applicable).
- The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or misuse during the rental period.
- The renter must notify GreenAgritec immediately in the event of an accident or breakdown.
7. Return Conditions
- The machine must be returned clean, undamaged, and with all accessories.
- Damages or missing parts may result in repair/replacement charges.
- Returns must be made within the agreed rental period or late fees apply.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the rental start time.
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24–48 hours.
- No refund for cancellations under 24 hours.
9. Acceptance of Terms
I acknowledge and accept all terms listed above. I agree to use the rented equipment responsibly and return it in the condition it was received.
