Customers may request returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the product is defective or

You may request a return or refund if the item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse, products marked as non-returnable (such as clearance or customized items), or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@greenagritec.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending anything back, as returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning the item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We ask that you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds cover the product price only; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please specify this in your return request email. We will ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank or PayPal account again, and contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time to process. If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@greenagritec.com.
