1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Wait for our approval and return instructions
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Refunds are made for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please specify this in your email. We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
