Refund and Returns Policy

At Green Agritec, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service across Europe. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance or customized items)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@greenagritec.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Refunds are made for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please specify this in your email. We’ll ship the correct item at no extra cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time to process)

  • If the issue persists, email us at support@greenagritec.com


7. European Consumer Rights

As we serve customers across the EU, we fully comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which allows for a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery for most purchases.
